Meet Rosa Julia @jj_editor_rosajulia. Yes, another killer finder and 100% Brazilian. Anselmo, Julie, Tita, Flavia… The World Cup Brazil 2014…
I’ve wanted to post this interview for a long time, but for several reasons I wasn’t able to. But I must say that this is one of those editors that has a special place in my heart. It’s kind of personal by Rosa knows what I’m talking about. I’m so glad you’re here.
She wrote out her own interview, so take it away, Rosa!
Hi people! This is Rosa Julia or better yet @jj_editor_rosajulia. I will tell you a little bit of my life. I’m Brazilian. I live in a town called Pedra Azul. For you, Blue Stone, which is in the state of Espírito Santo. Well, its been 2 years since photography came into my life. It was the best thing that happened to me, a new way of seeing the world, to see the details of things that surround us. I’m very grateful to JJ for showing me what I like most everyday > ART. Here I met wonderful people, amazing artists, and best of all, a way to forever keep the most beautiful things that exist in this life. This is photography to me, saving moments, memories, places in your own way.
Despite a background in design and hospitality, it was the photography that chose me as a profession. She is part of me 24 hrs of my days, 365 days of my year. I hope that it will continue always like that. I don’t specialize in one type of photography, there is only the type of photography that I will create today.
So, I’m a photographer, mother of a princess, wife and devoted daughter. My world is always so full of art, surrounded by music, poetry and amazing trips. I think you, followers of JJ, just want a better world, a more beautiful world, a world where art takes care of everything, just like me. That’s me, a person wanting to change the world, a person who wants to live each day as if it was the last one. Many kisses and thanks to JJ for letting me be part of something so wonderful. Thank you so much.
Thanks Rosa. Be sure to drop by her personal account @rosajulia and say hello! There are lot of things you still don’t know about her. And trust me. She’s not only one of our best editors. She’s more than that. A heart of gold and a very good friend. Thanks for all you’re doing for our community, Rosa.
