Today we meet @jj_editor_jsfeliciano? Nineteen years ago Julie moved from Brazil to make a living in NYC. She found love and “has been married to the kindest man for 12 years now”. She’s a proud brazilian/american citizen who loves being a JJ editor.
I like to call her the “killer finder”. It seem she never misses the coolest shots of the forum. If Julie were a color she would be red. And if she were a book she would be ‘Fifty shades of Red’. Why? Well… In her own words she is slightly obsessed with red lipstick in all its imaginable shades.
She works as a marketing account executive, however that’s not her dream job. In her free time she attends a lot of wine tastings. She dreams of becoming a Master Sommelier one of these days. I’m sure that she will be only the 22nd woman in the world with that degree. If she has the same sensibility for wines as she has for photography she won’t have any problems accomplishing that task. If you ever come to Tenerife Julie, you and your husband are formally invited to visit the family vineyards and taste our terroir wines project.
A word that describes Julie? Passionate. You just have to look at her editing work and her photography to see it. Expressive, focused, strong-willed… Just some other words that fits so well with Julie. Her favorite quote: ‘Be yourself. Everyone is already taken’ Oscar Wilde. Well… that was Julie. One of our best editors, someone worth meeting, and most of all, a great friend. It’s been great getting to know you a little better. Be sure to drop by her personal account @jsfinnyc to learn more about her!
